Bilingual Recruitment Assistant

We are currently looking for our teammate, who is capable of contributing to the team by supporting senior recruiters and the outsourcing administration tasks.


  • Managing/maintaining data entries for recruitment portals
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Payroll administration assistance
  • Internal database management
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks (filing, receiving calls and visitors)


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Stable career progression
  • A team player, has the ability to take initiatives for the betterment of the team and the business
  • With strong sense of responsibility
  • Sense of humour
  • Native or near native in Japanese (reading, writing and speaking) with business level in English (TOEIC 800 and above)
